1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, zappos.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. zappos.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at zappos.com while using the secure server.
2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 365 days of purchase. (Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them.) Please note that, for returns, we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping for exchanges is always free.
To return an item, we will send you a return label free of charge. You can drop the box off at any Authorized UPS shipping center such as Mail Boxes, Etc. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
