    A: Yes, purchasing at Easy-Purchase.com is safe and sure. Every use of credit card for shopping anything at Easy-Purchase.net is backed by the Easy-Purchase.net Safe Shopping Guarantee, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.   2. Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
    A: Yes. And please note: If you choose to use your debit card for payment, the charged amount will be put on "hold", so that it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be canceled.
  3. Q: What is the status of my order?
    A: It is possible to see what the status of your order is during 24 hours after you’ve made the order. You should just click on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, information about your order will be available.
  4. Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    A: For orders to be shipped within the United States, returning your shoes is really simple! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 60 days of purchase. (Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them.) Please note that, for returns, we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping for exchanges is always free. You may request a return through our website. First, log in to your account and complete the instructions on the Account Page. We will send you a return label free of charge. You can drop the box off at any Authorized UPS shipping center (such as Mail Boxes, Etc or Pakmail) and the shoes will be shipped back to us FREE of charge. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you. If you do not have a UPS Service Center near you, you may also send returns to us by USPS.
  5. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
    A: Normally, standard shipping will take you 4-5 business days to receive your order. Though shipments to APO/FPO addresses should take some additional time.
  6. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are acceptable for all orders.
  7. Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
    A: We do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders at present.
  8. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    A: Presently we ship to all US States and Territories. It is also possible to make orders from Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to other countries at this time.
  9. Q: How can I make an order if I live in Canada?
    If you live in Canada, you are welcome to place an order with us, but shipping must be to a US address. Please follow these instructions to place your order online: Place an order with your billing information (that which your bank has on file for you - in Canada) entering your city, province and CANADA in the city field, AA for the state, and 99999 for the zip code. Change the shipping address to your friend in the US, including the name, street address, city, state and 5-digit zip code. Also, remember to enter a phone number where you can be reached.
  10. Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    A: Yes, we deliver goods to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. But please note, that it will take additional time for shipping to these addresses.

    A: Our standard 4 to 5 business day shipping is free. We do offer expedited shipping for a fee.
  12. Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
    A: You should check the credit card number and expiration date on your card once again. And please be aware that currently Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are acceptable for credit card payment.
  13. Q: I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?
    A: You should just check if the brand/color/size/width is presented on our webpage. If yes, it is available for purchasing. Choose one of the search possibilities for checking it.
  14. Q: Do you do back orders?
    A: Zappos.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
  15. Q: Do you have a catalog?
    A: We have a 'virtual' catalog at present. All our available products are being seen online, though we do not have any printed catalog.
  16. Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at Easy-Purchase.net?
    A: A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers.     For orders sent to Kentucky or Nevada sales tax will be added. Shipments to Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax. Shipments to Nevada are subject to 6.5% sales tax
  18. Q: How do I know my shoe size?
    You can use measure your shoe size possibility, to check size of your shoes. But note, that any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or Brannock device®, can only approximate your true shoe size, because the foot is three-dimensional. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.
  19. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
    A: All orders to be shipped to an address within the continental U.S. are normally fulfilled within 10 business days. All of our orders are drop-shipped directly from our suppliers, therefore some orders are fulfilled more quickly than others.
