If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 365 days of purchase. (Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them.) Please note that, for returns, we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping for exchanges is always free.
To return an item, we will send you a return label free of charge. You can drop the box off at any Authorized UPS shipping center such as Mail Boxes, Etc. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
